A return authorization can only be obtained by mailing or faxing a list of your defective product. It must be a written request. No phone authorizations will be issued.

Upon receipt of your request, you will be mailed a return authorization (R/A) and special shipping labels. This R/A must accompany the returned merchandise.
- All returns must be prepaid, or the receiving department will refuse the shipment.
- Shipments sent to Magnadyne prepaid that do not have an authorization, are subject to refusal and/returned freight collect.
- If the merchandise received by Magnadyne is damaged due to customer abuse (i.e., screw driver holes, etc.); merchandise will not be credited.
- If merchandise is not properly packed (whether defective or not) credit will not be issued.
- Merchandise returned which in our opinion appears to be old, and/or out of warranty credit will not be issued. (An example of this is a speaker, which is faded in color.)
- Obsolete or discontinued merchandise which (after a reasonable period of time) will not be credited.
- Any of the above returns will be destroyed or returned freight collect at your option.
- Merchandise found not to be Magnadyne's will be destroyed and/or returned freight collect at your option.
- Magnadyne will not take back product (new or used) for stock adjustments.
- Any merchandise returned for any reason is subject to an automatic 20% handling and restocking charge.
